Bring on the GOOD…

Over the winter break I deleted the Facebook app from my phone.  I wanted to make sure that I was being more present with the kids and our family during the holidays.

After avoiding Facebook for two weeks, I noticed something pretty major when I returned.

Parents focus so much on where they fall short rather on where they succeed.

We have to stop that!  We would never want our children to focus on the negative things in life but in order for them to learn this, we need to model it.

Earlier today I posted this photo on Instagram:

I’ve started a Facebook group where parents can share their successes.  Too many times we focus on where we fail and it’s time we focus on where we succeed.

The link to join is here:  https://www.facebook.com/groups/548538531848187/

Feel free to join and start surrounding yourself with some positivity today.

xoxo
