For the first time ever, the girls are doing activities at the same time. We have swimming one day of the week and tennis on another. It makes for a busy week! I try to be more prepared on those nights with my meal planning and with utilizing my crock pot, however, sometimes plans fail.
Enter Omaha Steaks.
Omaha Steaks has been my saving grace this fall. It’s been so easy to defrost some steaks or burgers in the morning and then throw them on the grill when we get home. Their stuffed baked potatoes are amazing. They’re gluten free too! The take 45 minutes to cook so the girls do their homework and get in their jammies while they are cooking and then dinner is ready. I couldn’t ask for an easier way to do dinner. I haven’t been able to eat the Caramel Apple Tartlets (they have gluten) but Matt has assured me that they are delicious. (He didn’t even share them with the girls so they must be delicious!)
I’m so incredibly thankful for an easy opportunity to still gather around the family table for dinner – even on our busiest nights.
Omaha Steaks has been very gracious to offer my readers a great coupon. You can purchase:
4 – 4 oz. Top Sirloins
What do you cook on busy nights?

Omaha Steaks graciously provided me the combo package, but obviously opinions are my own.
