Shop update

Besides sewing the girls some new clothes, I’ve been busy doing some shop and blog maintenance.  As you can see, the blog has a whole new design to it.  Annie did a fabulous job of working tirelessly until we got just what I envisioned.  She was fabulous to work with and I couldn’t have been happier with her work.

I also streamlined the Sew Curly Shop‘s section of bags.  Now, you just have to choose what size bag you want and whether you want regular or organic.  Once you click on that product, you can browse the pictures to see what fabric choice you’d like to order.  Each bag is complete with photos of the choices the bag can come in.  Once you’ve decided on a fabric, select it by name on the drop down box and add it to your cart.  Hopefully this will make it even easier to order and compare all the fabric choices.

One other thing I’ve done to the shop is reduce the price of shipping.  Shipping now starts at $2.25 and will be sent through regular mail.  Multiple items will cost more due to weight.  If you’d like the option of having your order sent USPS Priority Mail, please click that icon and add it to your cart.  You will be charged an additional $3.25.  And as always, if you are local and would like to pick up your order, please let me know and I will refund you the shipping price via Paypal.

I’ve added a bunch of new fabric that I am in love with – specifically the transportation series under the organic bags.  They are super cute!  I’m also still working on that new product I’ve talked about on my Facebook page.  I’m still on the third redesign and am hoping I’ll get it right soon.  Meanwhile, I have to clean up my sewing dining  room because I am hosting Easter.  That’ll be a project in itself!
